Due to hygiene reasons and the fact that all products are pre-order only (no stock kept on hand), once payment is confirmed, all orders are final sale and non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
Before placing an order, please carefully review:

- Estimated arrival time
If you receive an item that is:
- Significantly damaged
- Incorrect (wrong product shipped)
- Clearly defective

Return & Refund Process
- Once we receive your notification, we will review the case.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions.
- The item must be returned to us in its original packaging and unused condition.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider (typically 3-5 business days).
Return Shipping Costs
- For returns due to product issues (damage / wrong item / defect): Aloha Skin will cover the return shipping costs.
- Other cases (change of mind / personal reasons): Not accepted under our policy.
